Reservation policies
Minimum 2-night stay on all bookings except peak season as per below:
- 4-night minimum stay from December 10–January 10
- 3-night minimum stay on: 6–9 April 2023, Easter Weekend, and 9–12 August 2022, Women’s Day
- Dates including 24 September 2022, Heritage Day
Upon reservation a 50% deposit of the full stay is required within 2 days of booking.
Balance to be paid before or upon arrival.
Prices are per cottage/room per night.
Cancellation policy
Up to 60 days before arrival 10%
30–60 days before arrival 25%
21–15 days before arrival 75%
15 days – no show 100%
Terms & Conditions
Nibbana Farm is a working farm surrounded by other farms as well as a natural wilderness area. Visitors may experience close encounters with farm animals as well as natural fauna such as baboons, genets, dassies, mice, spiders, birds, snakes and other small animals and insects. We cannot be held liable for any loss or injury that result whilst exploring the farm and its surroundings, nor can we guarantee that these natural residents will not find their way into your cottage.
